Emma - speechy

Emma is a speech pathologist who supports adults living with dementia, progressive neurological conditions, and complex swallowing difficulties — all from the comfort of their own home. She believes that care works best when it fits naturally into everyday life, and she focuses on practical, compassionate support that helps people stay connected, safe, and confident.

Emma works with people experiencing dementia (including primary progressive aphasia), Parkinson’s disease, motor neurone disease, PSP, MSA, and other progressive conditions. She also supports individuals before, during, and after treatment for head and neck cancer.

Emma is passionate about supporting individuals and families navigating early and progressive dementia, using speech therapy to strengthen communication, connection, and confidence within the home. She works closely with families to create practical, calming strategies that make daily life safer, clearer, and more manageable for everyone involved.

Michaela - OT

Michaela OT

Michaela brings a grounded wisdom beyond her years, paired with a genuine passion for supporting people to maintain or regain their independence. She recognises that every person’s journey is unique, shaped by individual experiences, strengths, and challenges. Having navigated her own path of growth and adaptation, Michaela values the importance of meeting people where they are and helping them build confidence in where they’re going.

Working across all age groups, Michaela has supported individuals with a wide range of intellectual and physical disabilities, as well as neurodiverse clients. Her clinical experience spans rehabilitation, functional assessment, capacity‑building, and environmental modification, all guided by core occupational therapy principles that promote safe, effective, and meaningful engagement in daily life.

Michaela prides herself on being adaptable, empathetic, and deeply committed to empowering others to thrive in their own way.

Keith - Chef

Keith is a Pacific Rim–trained chef with more than a decade of experience across Australia, Canada, the Cook Islands and New Zealand. His love of food began beside his mother in Rarotonga, and that early influence continues to shape his flavour‑driven, culturally grounded approach to cooking.

He’s known for vibrant, consistent and safety‑focused dishes, pairing creativity with the discipline of commercial‑kitchen operations. With a practical, solution‑oriented mindset, Keith adapts methods and tools to help health professionals meet dietary goals—ensuring every recipe aligns with client needs without losing its soul.

Beyond the kitchen, Keith’s curiosity and problem‑solving nature shine through. He’s most at home camping or bushwalking in the Sunshine Coast hinterland, or tinkering with pumps, gadgets, DIY projects and emerging technologies. Warm‑hearted and armed with a classic Island sense of humour, he brings care, capability and creativity to every plate he serves and every project he tackles.
